What counts as an answer?
One published question-and-answer page with its own permalink, sources and JSON-LD. Every answer is one less repetitive question your sales team has to field. Drafts and archived answers do not count against the limit.
What does refresh mean?
A scheduled job re-checks answers against your current site, drafts answers for new visitor questions, and puts everything in the review queue. Weekly on Starter, daily above it. Those new questions are free market research — they tell you exactly what customers care about right now.
Who approves what goes live?
You do (our team will manage it for you during onboarding). Dae drafts and moderates; a person on your side publishes. Automatic publishing is available, but we highly recommend you moderate and review before publishing
